Wren Academy Enfield delivers a rich and structured careers programme that promotes opportunity, personal development, and real-world experience.  Below is an overview of key activities for each year group:

Year 7

Year 9

Year 10Work experience

  • Five-day work experience placement
  • CV and job application development, including interview techniques
  • Exploring career interests and strengths

Year 11

  • Sixth form interviews and post-16 taster sessions
  • Apprenticeship information and guidance
  • One-to-one IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance) sessionsUCAS

Sixth Form

Our Careers Programme is reviewed annually, both manually and through the Compass+ Evaluation Tool, to ensure alignment with all eight Gatsby Benchmarks and to maintain a high-quality provision.
