Principal’s Welcome
Welcome to the Wren Academy Enfield website Recruitment Section. We hope that our website has demonstrated that the school is a dynamic and exciting place to work and that you are interested in applying for a position with us.
Since opening our doors in September 2020, we have quickly established ourselves as a thriving, high-achieving and inclusive community where staff and students flourish together. Our academy has grown year by year, and we are now proud to be a full secondary school with our first Sixth Form cohort embarking on their studies. This marks an exciting new chapter in our journey of growth and excellence. Wren Academy Enfield builds upon the outstanding reputation of Wren Academy Finchley, and benefits from being in a Trust recognised for its innovative teaching, collaborative culture and exceptional student outcomes – all driven by a shared vision rooted in our Christian vision. We have taken these strong foundations and developed a distinctive identity shaped by the needs of our community. Inspired by the story of Jesus and Zacchaeus, we believe in the power of transformation and belonging. Every student is supported to flourish academically, socially and spiritually, guided by our core values:
Do justice, love kindness, walk humbly with your God. – Micah 6:8
